We welcome submissions of original artwork, poems, short stories and nonfiction articles by persons with bipolar disorder or depression, their family members and friends. By submitting your work, you are certifying that it is your original creation and that no other entity has copyrighted it. All artists/writers retain the copyright(s) to their work. You will be contacted before the next issue is released regarding whether your submission will be accepted for publication. We do not accept any works containing profanity, racism or of any defamatory nature whatsoever.
All written work should be sent in .doc or .txt format, or simply included in the body of your email. All artwork MUST be sent in .jpg, .jpeg, or .gif format only.
